Safety, welfare and inclusion
The welfare service operates throughout the festival and the Truckin’ Guardians promote safe and inclusive behaviour. Truck states a zero-tolerance approach to sexual harassment and assault. In an emergency or welfare concern, follow onsite staff instructions rather than relying on community chat.
Sustainability and the local community
Truck encourages public transport and car sharing, reusable water bottles, shorter showers and leaving Hill Farm tidy. The festival bans single-use plastic across bars and traders, uses compostable service ware and has reported major fuel-emission reductions through HVO and hybrid power. The Truck Trust and Feel Good Food Hall support local and wider charities; Truck reports more than £880,000 raised since 2014.
