These terms govern access to FootBros, an adults-only marketplace and community for socks and shoes.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and complete any verification requested by the platform. You must not create an account for another person or allow a minor to use your account.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, account security and activity performed through your account. We may restrict or close accounts that breach these terms or create a safety, legal or payment risk.
3. Listings, sales and swaps
Sellers must describe items accurately, disclose their condition and only offer items they are entitled to sell or exchange. Buyers and swap participants must review listing information before agreeing a transaction. Shipping arrangements, dispatch evidence and delivery details should remain recorded through the platform.
4. Payments and payouts
Card payments may be handled by an approved third-party payment provider. Separate provider terms may apply. Seller payouts may be delayed while a transaction, refund, chargeback, identity check or dispute is reviewed.
5. Adult and user-uploaded content
You may upload content only when every person shown is an adult, has given informed consent to the recording and publication, and you hold the necessary rights. Content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual imagery, exploitation, threats or illegal activity is prohibited.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not harass members, impersonate others, evade verification, scrape private information, introduce malicious code, manipulate reviews, arrange illegal services or use the platform to facilitate abuse.
7. Moderation and removal
We may review, restrict or remove content and accounts, preserve relevant evidence, cooperate with lawful requests and take urgent action where safety or illegal content is suspected.
8. Refunds and disputes
Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Additional marketplace, seller or payment-provider rules may apply to cancellations, returns, refunds and chargebacks.
9. Availability and liability
The service may be changed, suspended or interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for their listings, communications and transactions.
